BOATING ACCESS

Shell Rock Landing
Located at the end of Red Barn Rd. Less than 5 miles from
Queens Harbor. This dual ramp access launches directly to
the Intracoastal Waterway. Bogue Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean
are within 3 nautical miles. Other inlets within 30 minutes
by water include Browns Inlet & the New River Inlet. This
access provids great year-round fishing and relaxation.
Cedar Point - Hwy 24
A single access deep water launch directly into the Intracoastal.Less
than 1 nautical mile from Bogue Inlet. Located in Cedar Point,
travel east on NC 24. Area located on the left (1 mile N of
Swansboro).

Hammocks
Beach State Park
A passenger ferry that operates between Memorial Day and Labor
Day shuttles visitors between the mainland and Bear Island
where one of the most beautiful primitive beaches in the country
awaits. Facilities include a bathhouse, primitive and group
tent campsites, canoe/kayak access, and telephone services.
Emerald
Isle Public Beach Access
Less than 15 minute car ride to Emerald Isle's Western Ocean
Beach Access. Large paved parking, bathhouse facilities &
2 courts of Volleyball.
MARINAS
Located in Swansboro on the I.C.W. Both provide
dry stack, storage, fuel and ships store. Dudley's is equipped
with a full tackle shop, boat supplies and both offer marine
services.
